Frank Maric founded Maric Mechanical Inc. in 1982 based on the core values of hard work, integrity and quality. The company has dramatically changed since its inception nearly 40 years ago, yet striking how much it has stayed the same. Today, the company has become a well-established and reputable mechanical contractor in the New York Metropolitan area. With a single project bonding capacity of $75 million and an aggregate of $150 million, we are capable of successfully managing various types and sizes of projects, from small commercial through heavy industrial to more complex applications. Specializing in major upgrades, replacements and installations of boiler systems, underground steam piping systems, cooling towers, chillers and various HVAC systems. We have successfully completed projects on college campuses, schools, housing authorities, healthcare institutions, transportation facilities and government buildings throughout the New York City area. Our dedicated project management team supervise, monitor and control each project while effectively coordinating with subcontractors and field staff of foremen, steamfitters, certified welders. Gerald Maric, President
Gerald Maric has over 30 years experience in the HVAC construction industry with a comprehensive background in building, design, inspection, and completion of mechanical heating and cooling systems.
As President of Maric Mechanical, Inc., he oversees the direction, development and operation of the company’s construction functions including customer relations, bidding opportunities, estimating, budget planning and project management performance. He initiates construction management control processes to improve quality and achieve more productive project outcomes.
Linda Zahn, Vice President
Linda Zahn has 25 years of diverse experience in the design and construction industry.
As Vice-President of Maric Mechanical, Inc., she oversees the company’s general financial condition focused on evaluating budgets, developing strategies and improving company-wide financial goals. She monitors internal business control processes to ensure strict compliance and accurate financial reporting and initiates specific goals at improving short and long-term financial objectives.
